Writing the Proposal
The first step in writing a report is to write a proposal. In a research proposal, you are undertaking to research something and write a report about it. For every report that we write in this class, we will first generate a proposal (often in the form of a memo) to outline our research. Structure your proposal as follows: Summary Introduction Proposed Program aka Plan of Work Qualifications and Experience Budget Appendices Each proposal will be 2-3 pages long(not including appendices). See example- pages 420-424.
