TIPS FOR INCREASING GED TEST RESULTS
1. Eat two hours before testing. 2. Heavy on protein and complex carbohydrates like grains; avoiding very high or single carbohydrates like chocolate. 3. Consume lots of water prior to entering the testing room. 4. Replenish water between sub-tests. 5. Get lots and lots of rest the night before you are scheduled to test. 6. Prior to testing, listen to gentle music - - preferably taken from the Baroque period. 7. Try to arrive in the testing room early in order to become better acquainted to the surroundings. 8. Talk a walk and stretch between sub-test. 9. Before testing, take a brisk walk.
