Disney Research, Pittsburgh has an internship position available immediately in the area of
radio position location. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a bachelor degree or
pursuing graduate studies in engineering or physics. Experience in one or more of the following
general areas is required:
• RF or microwave circuit design
• RF or microwave antenna design
• Applied electromagnetics
Disney Research is primarily interested in publishing great research and requires that
candidates have a strong record of or interest in applied research and excellent academic
credentials. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Competency in Matlab and basic
test and measurement equipment is required.
Disney Research Labs provide a research foundation for the many business units within the
Walt Disney Company. For example: Walt Disney Feature Animation, Walt Disney Imagineering,
Parks & Resorts, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, Disney Interactive Media Group, ESPN,
Image Movers Digital and Pixar Animation Studios. Disney Research has sibling labs located in
Pittsburgh, Zurich, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.
