         Conclusions from Recent Actions
1. We have paid careful attention to the input we have received
from the public hearings and community meetings and have
considered these in our final recommendations.
2. We introduced 14 proposals and after weighing the additional
input and information we have gathered, the Board approved 8
   final school actions.
3. We believe that the final school actions will provide superior
educational opportunities for our students and will raise student
   achievement.

4. We will continue to improve our process and create
more effective parental involvement and community
   based alliances and partnerships.
                                                                  3
