Following are our menu suggestions. Please contact us for your requirements.
The set menu needs to be finalised and pre-ordered one week prior the date.

Lunch

$38 per person – two courses - main and dessert, coffee and handmade chocolates

Option: add $8 for a glass of sparkling wine or Kir Royal (sparkling with Cassis)
Side dish options: Leaf salad $7.5 / Green vegetables Café de Paris $9.5 / Pommes frites $7.5 / Rocket parmesan salad $9.5

Main
- Veal Schnitzel with potato salad, Tyroler Kraut, red wine jus
- Nürnberg pork sausages, mash potato, sauerkraut
- Pasta of the day
- Steak Café de Paris with Pommes Frites and mesclun salad
- Peppered lamb fillet on winter salad with almonds
Option $6 extra - Rib eye on the bone with herb butter and red wine jus, pommes frites and leaf salad
Option $6 extra - Roasted fish of the day, leek fondue, mash potato, Chablis sauce

Dessert
- Prune and Armagnac Crème Brûlée with vanilla bean ice cream
- Rich dark Belgian chocolate Tart and vanilla bean ice cream
- French bread and butter pudding with kirsch cherries and ice cream
- Fromage du Berger: Cheese of the day with quince and fig jam, lavosh

Dinner

$68 per person - three courses, coffee and handmade chocolates
$56 per person - two courses - entrée and main, coffee and handmade chocolates
$48 per person - two courses - main and dessert, coffee and handmade chocolates

Entrée
- Pacific Oysters Natural ½ Doz
- Tarte Flambée: Provençale, Classic or Forestière
- Seared scallops, Jerusalem Artichokes, salsify purée and Porcini vinaigrette
- Warm smoked pork hock and Boudin Noir terrine, Savoy cabbage, carrot fondant and red wine jus
- Warm pumpkin and Goat’s cheese curd salad with rocket, caramelised onions, pine nuts and balsamic reduction

Main
- Steak Café de Paris – Rib eye on the bone with herb butter, pommes frites and mesclun salad
- Rack of lamb, honey truffle echalottes jam, Gratin Dauphinois, chanterelle mushrooms and portwine demi-glaze
- Fish of the day, oven baked in a paper bag, potato fondantes, artichoke, courgette and lemon aioli
- Chicken tenderloin stuffed with prawn mousse served with puy lentil ragout and homardine veloute
- Oven roasted duck, braised red cabbage, spaetzle, cranberries and port wine jus
- Dinner special of the day

Dessert
