Deposits are required to secure pre bookings with full payment being required 2 weeks prior to
event
Payments are non refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers.

Cos leaves tossed with aged parmesan shavings, Smokey bacon lardons all bound with
creamy caesar dressing and set in a filo cup

Freshly blended root vegetable soup topped with herb ciabatta croutons
Chicken, woodland wild mushroom and tarragon pie set on a port jus and topped with a
whipped rosemary and garlic mash

Pan-fried galette of Irish rooster potato with buttered leeks topped with a sliver of
Connemara beech smoked salmon fresh rocket leaves and drizzled with a citrus butter
sauce

Creamy Galway bay chowder with salmon, shrimp, cod, cockles, and mussels topped with a
king crab toast ~ Supplement €2.00

Main course
Breast of Clonakilty chicken rolled with a smoked black pudding and apricot filling set on
creamed York cabbage and winter vegetable ragout drizzled with a garden herb cream

Pan fried darne of salmon set aside a gateau of ratatouille and courgette potato rosti with a
crispy black olive wonton basil cream sauce

Prime cut Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak cooked to your liking, laying on roast onion mash
accompanied with a peppercorn cream sauce

Half a roast Gressingham duck baisted with a honey and cumin glaze, shallot, Cox apple,
sultana and sage stuffing coated with a Seville orange and star anise scented jus

     Freshly blended Cream of winter vegetable soup

     Rocket Leaves tossed with sundried vine tomatoes and crispy Foccica Croutons all
     gently tossed with aged balsamic vinaigrette.

     Oriental Chicken and Vegetable spring roll set on wok fried egg noodles served with a
     tangy barbecue dipping sauce.


 Main course


     West Coast Cod Pie baked with a Fennel cream and topped with a Gruyere Cheese
     crust and creamy mash

     8oz sirloin Steak Boxty Burger set on a pan-fried potato Farl smothered with a Rich
     onion Jus and crispy onions,

     Thai green Chicken Curry served with a fragrant Jasmine Rice and Prawn Crackers.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Payment
     •    20% Booking Deposit is required at time of booking. Payments are non refundable or transferable in the
          event of cancellation
     •    Full payment is due on 2 weeks prior to the event by Credit Card or Cheque. (AMEX is not accepted)
     •    If a Credit Card/Laser/Cheque is not available pre-payment should be made no later than 10 days prior to
          arrival by cash directly to the relevant stadium.
General
     •    Group Bookings will be held provisionally for up to 1 week at which time it is at the Sales Centre discretion to
          release the booking if confirmation has not been received.
     •    All booking details should be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival should a menu not be submitted, the Sales
          Centre reserves the right to pre choose a suitable menu on your behalf. (Applicable for Private Suites & Snug
          Packages.
Numbers:
     •    Attendance numbers are required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
     •    A 10% deviation will be allowed without cancellation charges on the final numbers supplied 72 hours prior to
          arrival, the balance will be charged to the main bill. No Monetary Refunds will be given,
     •    Should the numbers booked increase, the Sales Centre Agents will do their best to accommodate the client as
          far as possible.
Cancellations:
     •    The Stadium may cancel the event under the following circumstances:
                o     The Stadium has reason to believe the booking might prejudice the reputation of the Stadium
                o     For reasons beyond our control such as weather, Electricity Supply, Health & Welfare of the
                      Greyhounds.
     •    The following cancellation fees apply where payment has been received.
                o     50% value of the booking more than 1 week prior to arrival.
                o     100% value of the booking 1 week or less prior to arrival.
     •    In the unfortunate event that the client requires to cancel a confirmed fully paid booking, the Sales Centre will
          make every reasonable effort to resell the reserved area on the client’s behalf.
Group Bookings (Over 20pax)
     •    Bookings will be held provisionally for up to 2 weeks if possible at which time it is at the Sales Centres
          discretion to release the booking if not confirmed.
     •    Deposits are transferable if rebooked within 6 months.
     •    All booking details should be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should a menu not be submitted, the Sales
          Centre reserves the right to pre choose a suitable menu on your behalf. (Applies to Snugs & Suite Packages)
General:
     •    All rates are quoted in euros and are fully inclusive of VAT. Rates may be subject to proportionate increases
          according to rises in food, labour costs, governmental taxes, VAT or any new government levy or unforeseen
          circumstances.
     •    The Stadium will not accept responsibility for any goods lost, damaged or stolen, while on the premises.
     •    The Stadium policy and Government Health Regulations state that all food consumed on the premises must be
          prepared on the premises
     •    All Beverage Bills must be paid in full on the night of the event
     •    Menu Prices are correct at time of booking; however these are subject to change without prior notice.
     •    Management reserves the right to alter allocated Suites or Table Plans.
     •    Corporate Suites – Should capacity of groups decrease below minimum requirements, the Sales Centre reserve
          the right to sell remaining seats to ensure Maximum Capacity?
     •    Restaurant – Due to the set up composition of our Restaurants, Group Bookings of 4 Guests or more can not
          be guaranteed to be seated on 1 Table. The Sales Centre will make every effort to accommodate a client
          however there is no guarantee of table allocations
Bar Tabs/Drink Vouchers:
     •    A Credit Card must be left behind the relevant Bar as a security deposit (AMEX is not Accepted). The Tab may
          only be used at the Bar in which it is set up.
     •    Any special requirements/instructions must be communicated to the Bar Manager on duty when setting up Bar
          Tab, such as restrictions/ limits
     •    Drink Vouchers may be used however we request that they be printed without monetary values and a copy be
          sent to the Sales Centre 14 days prior to the event.
     •    For Drink Items below the voucher value, no change will be given. Items above the voucher value must be paid
          for.
Accessibility:
 Due to the tiered layout of the Stadium please advise prior to the event date of special request to avoid any difficulty for
guests on the night.
Dietary Requirements:
Please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of booking.
