Tips for Feeding a Vegetarian on the CCFP Vegetarian meals and snacks can be planned to meet the CCFP meal pattern and do not require a medical statement. Vegetarian is a general term used to describe people who exclude meat, poultry, fish eggs, milk or other products that come from animal sources from their diets. Eating patterns of vegetarians can be very different depending on the diet being followed.
