We will have many departments such as Cyber Counter-Terrorists to protect our customer’s websites, a financial aid department where the cost will be low for newly opened small companies, and also 24 hours on 7 weeks technical support. There are many competitors in our market, but we aim the best companies so we can get popularity. We make sure our price can beat the other web design company’s price; we make sure our service is always perfect, and we make sure our website is well-developed to the favor of our clients. We will be developing Flash websites and use new developed programs to help our development. We do aim for an income of 40000 to 6000$ per month. So we can pay the hosting, domain names for companies and other features that we provide to our customers. 1.1 Objective:

We are now developing PHP coding and Flash FX design to improve all our websites. Updating We can update the client’s website depending on what they ask. 4.0 Management Summary: Hsin-Po Hung, 17, founded the ClockWork Design Firm on the 24th of September 2000 to make websites have many years of experience. He learned HTML, SHTML and Photoshop during his last years of designing websites for gaming organizations. He has a Master degree from the Hartford University in IIT and has made some nice websites for many kinds of organizations and companies since then. He lived in Taiwan so he can talk Mandarin, Taiwanese and Japanese very well. He also speaks French, English and a bit of Spanish which he has been started to learn. He’s still learning PHP coding and Flash design. By doing so, it will help to improve all his websites in many ways such as: Automatic form updates, custom forums, custom chat rooms, easy-update for the clients and information protect from any hackers/intruders. 4.1 Personal Plan: After 9-11 the tragic terrorist attack on the two towers. He created two new organizations integrated in the ClockWork Design Firm: Financial Aid Department and Cyber Counter-Terrorist. The Financial Aid Department helps the newly

The website that he makes has all the features that can help the company to have great contacts and reliable information. All our websites also have an IP tractor to record all the IP identifications of the visitors who went to the website. This helps to track down intruders when they stole information from one of our websites or attack our information and web space gathering center. 4.2 Future Plan: We hope to be connected with the FBI, CIA, Computer Cops Corporation and other security organizations all over the planet.
