Try closing down all your browser windows and any other applications you don‟t need and restart your browser to fix this. POP-UP BLOCKERS: Pop-up blockers are readily available to download from the internet, but are usually difficult to uninstall (a lot of them combine with adware, malware or spyware). However when accessing data via a secured site https://www (not http://www), or the SSL port (443), a proxy server will be less likely to scrutinize the exchange, thus allowing for a faster and uninterrupted exchange. PROXY SERVERS: If the proxy server is still causing problems, you will need to consult your IT Administrator. Do not try to switch off access to the proxy server via your browser (Explorer), as this will only disable your access to the Internet completely.
