            DUTIES: Trained by Terri Rodgers to replicate the Florida model in the Alabama State
            Department of Human Resources, including the “Tools of Choice” foster parent and parent
            training courses, which teach positive methods of behavior change for parents of children who
            are victims of abuse/neglect based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. In-home
            consulting and follow-up with families was also part of the class. Trained the parents to
            competency on the tools and observed them in the natural environment and provided feedback
            on their performance.
