1. Kagurazaka Campus Lodgings
When you wish to stay at the lodgings please contact the International Exchange Office,
and then submit the application form to stay at the guest lodgings to the Property
Management Division.
Visitors who wish to make a reservation at The Agnes Hotel should also submit the
aforementioned form together with the reservation application form for The Agnes Hotel.

Supplies of daily necessities (bath soap, shampoo, towels, bath towels, tooth
brushes, toothpaste, razors, detergent, etc.) are not provided. Please bring any

necessary items for your stay with you.
A manual of basic English instructions on how to use the electrical appliances
and electronic devices is provided.
The internet may be used within the lodgings. (In some cases connection may
not be possible due to your regular hardware environment.) Please bring your
own PC.
Please do not modify rooms or facilities, or remove appliances, etc. without
TUS’ permission.
To prevent accidents and problems with people in the neighborhood, please
take care with flame sources, and not to make too much noise when using the
gas, kitchen and bath.
Please pay attention to the following points, especially at night, as the building
is close to neighboring residences.
• Be sure to lower the blinds at night when you have the lights on.
• Please do not make loud noises.
• After 11pm please turn off the ventilating fans in the kitchen and toilet.
The door does not have an auto lock. Please be sure to check that the door is
locked when going out or checking out.
Lending and return of keys
The Property Management Division manages TUS’ guest lodgings, and is
responsible for lending and accepting returned keys. However, if Japanese
language assistance is required the International Exchange Office can also assist
with the lending and return of keys. After business hours please borrow from, and
return keys to the guardroom.

Garbage disposal
(Wakamiya Guest Lodgings)
Please dispose of your garbage in the garbage bins on the 1st floor of the lodgings.
Garbage is collected on Wednesdays.
However, if your stay is less than one week you may leave your garbage inside the
room.
(Ryukotei Guest Lodgings)
Please take your garbage to the garbage disposal place designated by the
university.
However, if your stay is less than one week you may leave your garbage inside the
room when you depart.

iii. The Agnes Hotel and Apartments Tokyo (corporate agreement)
The university has a corporate agreement with The Agnes Hotel, and guests can
stay at a discounted rate.
The Agnes Hotel is located about three minutes walk from the university’s
Kagurazaka campus Building No. 1, making it very convenient for people visiting
the university. The hotel is in an alley running off a lively main street, and has a
calm ambience that will enable you to have a relaxing time.

Spare garbage bags are kept in the shoe closet in the front entrance, so please
take them when required.
If you are staying for a long time and would like to cook at the lodgings, please
advise the Property Management Division (Noda).
Persons other than guests are not permitted to stay in the rooms. Please
always keep the room clean. Other guests will be staying in this room after you
leave. Please check that the electricity, gas and air conditioning switch are
turned off when you leave.
Please do not modify the room without the university’s consent.

Everyday necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, detergent, sponges,
etc. are not provided. Please bring any necessary items for your stay with you.
Washing machines and clothes dryers are for common use within the lodgings.
The tap water is not suitable for drinking.
Please do not modify the room without the university’s consent.
Please do not perform any acts to deliberately destroy, lose or spoil the facilities and
appliances, etc. within and outside the lodgings.
Please be careful not to make noise or perform acts which could disturb neighbors.
Please be mindful of preventing accidents, and pay the utmost care when using
electricity, gas, and water, etc.

Garbage disposal
There is no need to separate garbage, as your room will be cleaned after you check
out. If you are staying for a long time, please consult with the Kuki Administration
