General

Q1. How does the “Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.” program work?
“Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.” is a program that celebrates and inspires volunteerism. Disney is working with
HandsOn Network to bring your Clients amazing volunteer opportunities to which they can lend much-needed
services. As a way of thanking them for their good work, we’ll give them a free ticket good for one-day
admission to a Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® Theme Park.

Starting Jan. 1, 2010, your Client may sign up for the program at disneyparks.com/giveaday. As part of the sign-
up process, your Client will search and select from a list of eligible volunteer opportunities with participating
organizations. After they sign up, complete the chosen volunteer opportunity and HandsOn Network has verified
the service, they will receive an email from Disney prompting them to log in to their account and print a voucher
that may be redeemed for a free ticket to a Walt Disney World or Disneyland Theme Park.

Q2. Who can participate in the program?
Eligible volunteer opportunities are located in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada only. Children must be
at least 6 years of age to participate in the program and receive a ticket. Children ages 6-17 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian when volunteering.

Q3. How often can my Client volunteer to get a free ticket?
The program is limited to one ticket per person, regardless of the number of times they volunteer.

Q4. Can a group (e.g., family, school, fraternity, office) volunteer?
Your Clients may only sign up a maximum of eight (8) additional members of their household. If they would like
to volunteer with friends, associates, or family members who are not a part of their household, each such person
will have to sign up separately for the same eligible volunteer activity as long as volunteer spaces are available.

Q5. When does the “Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.” program end?
Ticket quantities for this program are limited. The program begins Jan. 1, 2010, and continues until all tickets
are distributed or December 15, 2010, whichever occurs first.

Q6. Are there any dates that my Client can’t use the free ticket?
The voucher for a free ticket to enter one of the Disney Theme Parks may be redeemed through Dec. 15, 2010,
and must be redeemed and used on the same day. Please note that the following dates are not available for this
ticket offer redemption:
     • Walt Disney World® Resort: March 29 – April 8 and July 4, 2010
     • Disneyland® Resort: Feb. 13-14, March 21, June 21-22, July 4, Nov. 21, Dec. 11-12, 2010.

Q7. What does my Client need to bring to the Theme Park to redeem their voucher?
To redeem the ticket at a Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® Theme Park, your Client must bring a valid photo
ID along with their voucher. Valid ID is one of the following: valid Government Issued Passport, valid Driver’s
License including a photo, or valid Government Issued Photo ID. For children under 18 who do not have any of
the previous listed IDs, a copy of a Birth Certificate is acceptable. School IDs or children security IDs are not
deemed government-issued photo IDs and will not be accepted. Please note that the Guest whose name is on
the voucher must be present at the time of ticket redemption (for example, parents cannot redeem tickets for
their children in their absence.)
