         June 2002 – Present   Counseling Center, Abilene Christian University, Abilene, Texas. Assume responsibility for
                               clinical and administrative aspects of Counseling Center; provide individual, relationship,
                               and group counseling; consult with other staff regarding case issues and inquiries; make
                               psycho-educational presentations, hire, supervise, develop, and conduct annual
                               performance reviews for Counseling Center staff. create Counseling Center reports (e.g.,
                               monthly, annual, accreditation) and update policy manual; ensure accurate and timely
                               compliance with University, local, state, and federal regulations and requests; create
                               departmental assessment and evaluation plans, and develop goals and objectives based
                               on routine assessment practices and outcomes; manage Counseling Center expense and
                               revenue budgets; prepare quarterly budget reports; speak on behalf of center to
                               University and community audiences; develop and implement promotional and marketing

                               oversee maintenance of web pages and on-line calendars; consult with faculty, staff, and
