Process to be followed: Step 1: Apply for a Citi Cash Rewards Credit Card Step2: Once your credit card application gets approved, Citibank shall dispatch two one-way airline ticket Gift Vouchers along with your Citi Cash Rewards Credit card. Step 3: Each Gift Voucher shall contain a unique promotion code. This voucher code can be used only once. Step 4: You can log on to www.citibank.yatra.com , and fill up the booking request form. Do not forget to enter your unique promotion code in the field provided. Step 5: Yatra Customer Service representative shall contact within 48 Hours to confirm your booking status. Offer: All new fee bearing Citi Cash Rewards credit cards (primary card holders only) booked during the Offer Period shall be entitled to 2 one-way Airline tickets (Base fare to be borne by Citibank. Taxes shall be paid by the card member using his Citi Cash Rewards credit card). 2. Offer Period: This Offer shall be valid for the period 20 March -15 Sep 2010 during which customers can make their bookings 3. Only the first 5000 customers who are issued Citi Cash Rewards Credit Card under this Offer will be eligible for the 2 complimentary Air tickets. 4. A customer shall be eligible for the Offer only if his/her card is booked during the Offer Period and not merely by applying during the Offer Period. 5. Issuance of credit card is at the sole discretion of Citibank and is subject to Citibank’s internal credit processing criteria. 6. This Offer is valid for Citi Cash Rewards Credit Card members only. 7. Gift Voucher validity and terms of its use will be mentioned on the reverse of the Gift Vouchers. 8. Citibank will not replace the unutilized and/or expired Gift Vouchers. 9. In the event Customer misses to enter the voucher code for availing the discount, Citibank shall, in no way, be liable for the same of to refund the applicable base fare. 10. Citibank shall only bear the base fare cost of the airline ticket. The taxes shall have to be paid by the Customer. 11. The Offer would be valid only, if the Customer pays the taxes as applicable for the air ticket(s) using his Citi Cash Rewards Credit Card (BIN No. 524133). 12. The ticket dispatch and fulfillment process is completely managed by Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.(“Yatra”) Citibank shall, in no way, be responsible for any ticket fulfillment issues that may arise during the ticket booking process. 13. The bookings can only be done for Spicejet Airlines (“Spice Jet”) and that such booking/issuance of tickets shall be on non-refundable basis. 14. The booking has to be made atleast 21 days prior to the date of Travel. 15. Maximum seats, across all eligible Citi Cash Rewards credit Cardmembers availing this Offer at a time, would be 10 on each such SpiceJet flight. All bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard terms & conditions of SpiceJet. 16. No change of name of the passenger(s), as per the booking made under this Offer, shall be permitted. Regular cancellation/modification fee would applicable in case of change of itinerary standard terms & conditions of SpiceJet and Yatra. 17. Citibank will not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement etc. of the flight for which the booking is done by the Customer and that Citibank shall in no way be liable to reimburse the Customer on an occurrence of such an event. 19. Citibank bears no responsibility for the usage of the ticket provided by Yatra and issued to the Customer under this Offer. Also, Citibank bears no responsibility for the nature of services/amenities provided during the designated flight and will not entertain any complaints/disputes regarding the same. The Customers should directly address, any complaints and/or disputes regarding service, amenities and/or products provided to the Customers during the flight, or disputes/complaints of any other nature emanating out of/related to the designated flight, to Yatra and / or to Spice Jet. 20. Citibank does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the quality of services provided by Yatra under this Offer. 21. Any disputes as regards delivery or fulfillment of tickets and/or services provided by Yatra under this Offer must be addressed by the Customer in writing to Yatra directly and that Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. 22. Nothing contained in this Offer will be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer after the Offer termination/expiration date. 23. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation of Citibank to conduct further such Offers. 24. Citibank reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. 25. Promotion code/Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other product/ cash or transferred to any other person. 26.
