Guest Speaker, Shane Wheller, Project Manager/Program Director
You have probably heard the saying “How can I soar like an eagle when I am
surrounded by turkeys”? Resourcing a project is about finding the right combination
of people with project management, technical and business skills. In an ideal world,
this includes individuals who are able to work together as an effective and cohesive
team.
At this seminar, Shane Wheller will share with you his personal project management
journey focusing on resourcing; roles and responsibilities; and relationships within
teams. Shane will draw on his experiences as both a client and a vendor in IT projects.
Shane is an informal and engaging speaker and is motivated by assisting people to
join the project management profession so they can reach their full potential.
