Dear Directors,

   Here is your Seminar 2008 Gaston Area registration form and the Fairmont hotel form.

GASTON AREA PACKAGES INCLUDES:
   Wednesday, July 23rd at 11:00am - 4:00pm - Director’s Business Meeting &
    Luncheon
   Thursday, July 24th at 6:30pm - Gaston Area Black & White Ball

ARRIVAL IN DALLAS:
   Tuesday, July 22nd Sales Directors & Dozier Polynesian Party Qualified
    Attendees. should arrive.
   Tuesday, July 22nd Consultants attending the headquarters tour should arrive.
   Wednesday, July 23rd. Consultants should arrive
   
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
 It is YOUR responsibility to make the hotel arrangements for your stay. The Fairmont has 176
 rooms reserved for the Gaston Area (it is a privilege to be able to have such a large hotel block
   in the finest hotel in Texas. LET’S SHOW THIS PRESTIGIOUS FACILITY TRUE GASTON AREA
   RESPECT BY REGISTERING ON TIME! Thank you!).
            Hotel Reservations Deadline is June 29th.
            Gaston Area Events Registration Deadline is July 7th. No exceptions.
            Read the hotel form carefully and make your arrangements prior to June 29th because the
               room block will be released that day.

              Upon check-in you will be required to provide a deposit of $50.00 per person
                  for personal charges. This can be paid by credit card or cash. Any
                        unused monies will be refunded in full upon checkout.
                     Check Cashing Policy – Personal Checks are NOT accepted
                          Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are welcome.
                   For your convenience an ATM machine is located in the lobby.

                         All Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis.
         In order to facilitate check-in for groups arriving, all check-outs after 12 Noon will be charged
                                        a $60.00 per room late check out fee.

              Please be advised that when providing a bank check/debit card for payment,
                   a hold will be placed on your available funds for total monies due.
