                                                 **All exercise points and bonus points are based on the honor system**

                                            Below is a list of commonly performed exercises and their respective points.
                                                Exercises are given 1, 2 or 3 points based on the level of the exercise.
                              Each exercise is tallied in 20 minute blocks, but you will receive credit for any amount of time exercised.
                               All other exercises should be documented and will be evaluated for point level on an individual basis.

3 Points Advanced Cardio Class (not beginner/intermediate)     Bonus Reaching 7,500 steps on the pedometer in ONE day                                          2 points
         Biking (at a fast pace)/Spinning/Mountain Biking      Points Reaching 10,000 steps on pedometer in ONE day                                            5 points
         Cross-country Skiing                                           Each additional 2,500 pedometer steps in ONE day                                       1 additional point
         Elliptical Cross Trainer                                       Attending the Tour de Bentley Kickoff event (one-time bonus)                           2 points
         Handball/Racquetball/Squash                                    Attending an on-campus TdB-sponsored event/exercise class                              2 points
         Jumproping                                                     Attending an off-campus TdB-sponsored event/exercise class                             5 points
         Kickboxing                                                     Climbing the Smith building stairs (up & down once = 1 set)                            1 point
         Mountain Climbing                                              Walking College Road in full 1 time                                                    1 point
         Nordic Track                                                   Walking around the Bentley track, 1 mile (1/2 mile = 1 point)                          2 points
