Vision
The promoters' vision of Manufacturers Association of Central Pennsylvania in 3-4 year's time is: To be the association that manufacturers and employers alike use for training opportunities, networking, get answers to business questions and problems, and to be able to influence members of the state and federal legislature in policy and industry issues. With a staff of five: administrative, marketing, training, and member services, be able to enroll members from all 11 counties served, effectively growing the organization to over 300 members

The central purpose and role of Manufacturers Association of Central Pennsylvania is defined as: To encourage the growth of manufacturing in Central Pennsylvania by helping our members improve: Employee Relations; Customer Service; Quality; Productivity; and Profitability

Major Goals
The following key targets will be achieved by Manufacturers Association of Central Pennsylvania over the next 3-4 years:

Create new and increase existing non-dues revenue Have more presence and involvement in state and federal legislative activities Create an efficient office in procedures equipment and staffing Increase membership in all 11 counties of served Work with other training partners in creating programs serving the broader membership base Create and work through a committee structure Update communications strategies like email, website, faxes, etc.
Strategic Action Programs
The following strategic action programs will be implemented: 1. Create value to our members by offering networking opportunities, training sessions, Health Insurance programs, and services to our membership to include: creating new programs and services, networking opportunities, roundtables, etc. 2. Increase the organization performance by: training staff members, continuing education for the director, upgrading the office equipment and procedures.
