 Eligibility:   Must be within income requirements, between ages 19-64, and not
                eligible for Medicaid. Often enrollment is only open to parents with
                children 18 or younger.


PROGRAM:        Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance
                (UPP)
 Description:   Helps make health insurance more affordable for working
                individuals and families who do not have health insurance.

 Eligibility:   Utah adults and children are eligible-children age 18 and under, and
                adults ages 19-64 who fit within the income guidelines. You cannot
                be covered by any other health insurance. Must be a legal resident.
