WSI/GRU KILLERS AND THIEVES IN REPUBLICAN FBI.

As the response of your above named Republicans involved in the FBI, the same or similar action are allowed to be continued and intensified, as indicated below. Being described in rush and without any improvement, the main specifics are as follows: 1. Having damaged battery and stolen two specific cable during the UPS shipment of my NEC Versa FXi, these FBI officials working for WSI/GRU caused that I had to file the claim and agreed to the inspection of package in the temporary place of my residence. They prolonged setting the date of inspection to make arrangements for the attempted assassination. At the beginning of August 2005, they sent in a woman who was not dressed in UPS uniform. She looked like the trained FBI or WSI/GRU killer who could fight in any circumstance. She had something in her bag what look like a hand of a gun. She could do nothing because my wife with a dog were outside the house in the back alley where many workers did their job. She approved the damage claim in the amount of $170.00 upon the inspection of the parcel and laptop. 2. For the last three months the Republicans involved in the FBI have managed that I am not reimbursed for the damage. Using their informants in UPS, they arrange improper recording of the claim and the inspection of damages and questioning the filing documents. I faxed everything what was listed on its standard form. They fixed up the records that I should submit the proof for repairs before getting insurance money from UPS. They directed its representatives to deny the transfer of rights to the claim from the shipper to me as the receiver without any ground in the UPS standard agreement. Evidently, your subordinates in FBI do not basics of any civil law that the parties decide which one is to be paid the insurance claim. Under their, the victim of FBI crimes has to pay first for its damages, get a proof for repairs and, only then is allowed to receive eventually a reimbursement from the insurance. This is the logic after heavy drinking and cocaine use. Any receiver of a product damaged in the shipment can decide not to repair it, to sell it and to cash the insurance money, if such solution is beneficial. 3. The Republicans involved in the FBI send hints that they follow on your pattern of thieveries in Iraq for personal enrichments out the American taxpayers money and in any possible ways. I do not know whether the Republican FBI agents managed to get my insurance money in the amount of $170.00 from the UPS which could not voided the approved claim and which does not want to pay once more after their thievery. will not compromise the GOP and FBI in getting a petty money like my insurance reimbursement for their one lunch in a restaurant. I do not know whether more nutrients will help in correcting their reasoning and connecting basic dots. Thus, the WSI/GRU creates an impression that you conduct your foreign policy to rob other foreign people, including Poles for your personal enrichments. The implied motto of its neo-communists like Belka and his WSI/GRU boss Aleksander KWASNIEWSKI is: “Governmental thieves unite all over the world under the Bush leadership”. 5. As substantiated before, WSI/GRU agent Aleksander KWASNIEWSKI considers himself and his successors in his ethnic intelligence in Poland as the masters of the Bushes. He is to lose the power after the presidential elections in October 2005. WSI/GRU agent Marek BELKA was his former economic advisor who handled many shadowy dealings in privatization of Polish public enterprises for personal benefits of their and others, including also those in the United States. He will have to leave the office within a few weeks after the parliamentary elections. His successor was already named. His coming visit to the White House is highly unusual a several day before his departure from premiership. It had to be agreed with the Vice President Dick CHENEY who is considered as the master of Republican administration. 6. Unless Honorable Dick CHENEY thinks of himself as of vice president of banana republic, he should be quite busy in his schedule to meet with victims of hurricanes Katerina, Rita and not to waste for time for meeting with those who are about to leave offices in other countries. Otherwise, it looks like that Kwasniewski as the self-claimed master of the Bushes sends in his WSI/GRU missionary Belka to give final instructions through the Cheney kitchen and to ensure the American support for his WSI/GRU successors like Donald TUSK, its p-residential hopeful, Jan Maria ROKITA, its incoming foreign minister on the Russian and German leashes and Wojciech OLEJNICZAK, its newly born chairman of neo-communists. 7. As before, WSI/GRU uses the Belka visit to manage that its moles in the FBI try arranging a successful kidnaping and smuggling out of the United States to eliminate thus my espionage and other criminal allegations. Seven days later, I got the damaged and broken box without two specific small cable to hook up external floppy drive and CD-ROM as well as with the dead battery which redoopc did not indicate in his description of offer. Surprisingly, he did not reply to my email informing him about the damage. The laptop was evidently bugged, judging upon its performance. Since July 11, 2005 UPS has been unable to schedule the inspection of box and to decide on my $170.00 claim at eBay value that I followed on with Its representative Emmy Brady and Pat Johnson. Its local employee Kimberly in Laurel, MD informed me that the inspection would be done by her subordinate Pat who never called me up to set the date. 7.2 During the July 23-24, 2005 weekend the telephone number to Kimberly disappeared from the desk in the house of my Democratic master as FBI informant. Although UPS records every claim call, Carolyn was not aware of my request for searching the cables and minimizing the UPS reimbursement. 7.3 After the unusual difficulties, I managed to get the damage inspected. Mrs. Kimberly told me that my claim was approved and that the shipper should fill out the necessary forms and that he would be sent the money. This is the standard UPS procedure that the insurance money go to person who paid for shipping. Since the beginning of my claim, the seller as redoopc member of eBay has not replied to any of my email, describing the damage. The same relates to my information on the approval of claim. This is hardly unlikely that the professional eBay seller with 340 positive feedbacks and without any negative feedback would have handled the matter in the way which points to taking the UPS money in the amount of $170.00 and not reimbursing me in the full. Given other facts, FBI thief Szady and his agents want to have such spoil, sending also messages that they are doing the same in a smaller scale what others are getting in Iraq.

7.3 Evidently, the Republican imbecile Szady shows off his primitive intelligence capabilities to put me in touch with secretaries in FBI Headquarters posing UPS employees, to arrange sending in WSI/GRU assassin under the cover of UPS and, alternatively, to manage the denial of my claim, to cause my financial loss and to cover up his action of bugging my laptop and stealing its parts in the shipment. To this end, he and his WSI/GRU controllers operating from within “Pol-ish” embassy need time for making necessary arrangement. In the past, UPS handled my claim within few days, sending in its inspection and determining the responsibility for damage. Obviously, Szady cannot conduct any clandestine operation without leaving logical traces for involvement of his counterintelligence division of dirty tricks in FBI, pretending to protect the U.S. national security against foreign spies. 7.4 In the past, the Republicans involved in the FBI stole my two laptops valued together over $3,200.00 for their personal enrichments during the shipments. They also managed to get my insurance claims from Airborne Express and Fed Express. They were able to do so, despite revealing their lawlessness in advance. In response, WSI/GRU moles in FBI imply that they are doing the same what the Bushes achieve in spoils from Iraqi war, acting through Haliburton of its former CEO and Vice President Dick CHENEY. This is the state of art in the Republican impudence in FBI. 8. Upon the upside down intellect, the above named Republicans involved in the FBI are responsible protecting the homeland security. This looks like the bad GOP joke. It can have more tragic consequences than during the 9/11 attack, due to the high probability of using weapons of mass destruction in the next terrorist attack that is widely believed to be in the making against the American people. Such is the Republican achievement in the Bush homeland security that relies upon the public consumption-oriented overhaul in FBI that is not capable of changing, as proven by the retired U.S. general William ODOM, former director of National Security agency in his article for the Washington Post of June 29, 2005 (p. A21). Your GOP officials in FBI confirm the correctness of his evaluation on daily basis. They do not have any meaningful results in their FBI work for the American people. 9. Given the aforesaid and the information provided earlier, the legitimate questions are as follows just to the point: 9.1 Do the Bushes pay their DOJ subordinate Samuel BELSI for the unnecessary FBI painting out of their spoils in Iraq that you are implied to have got, as insinuated by the WSI/GRU of Aleksander KWASNIEWSKI and Wlodzimierz CIMOSZEWICZ and their clique in all parties in Poland? 92. What are the cuts of the Bushes which WSI/GRU connotes you could have got through the Carlyle Group under your friend James BAKER in grand robberies of Polish public wealth that your above named subordinates in FBI and others in CIA under its director Porter GOSS do whatever is possible to help GRU agents like Donald TUSK, Jan Maria ROKITA, Marek BOROWSKI and Wojciech OLEJNICZAK in getting and keeping the power?
