							PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT

Pursuant to State law, public notice is hereby given of the University’s intent to negotiate a lease agreement with its employee Thomas Galecka for six acres of land owned by Mr. Galecka in Ovid, Michigan. In accordance with the Michigan law titled “Contracts of Public Servants with Public Entities,” the terms of the lease will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval at its meeting of December 7, 2007.
