TOTAL TIME: 8-10 mins     PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins       SERVES: 4

Method                                                                         Ingredients

1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
2. Place a wok over high heat, and once hot, add the oil. Add the onion        2 tbsp vegetable oil (from pantry)
   and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 2 mins, or until the onion           1 medium brown onion, thinly sliced
   softens slightly. Add the carrot, snow peas and bean sprouts and            1 garlic clove, finely chopped
   stir-fry for 2 mins, or until the carrot is just tender. Remove the wok     1 large carrot, peeled and cut into

3. Place the noodles and broccoli in the boiling water and cook for            100g snow peas, stringed and cut
   2 mins or until the broccoli is just tender and the noodles are             lengthwise into 3 or 4 strips
   al dente. Drain the noodles and broccoli, and add them to the wok.          100g bean sprouts
   Toss well to combine. Place the noodle mixture on a large serving
                                                                               ¼ cup Coles soy sauce
   platter and garnish with the spring onions and serve.
                                                                               1 tbsp Coles oyster sauce
  Serving suggestion: Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.                     1 tbsp Trident sweet chilli sauce
                                                                               440g Wokka thin hokkien noodles
                                                                               225g broccoli (medium head)
                                                                               ½ bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
