• Agree that EcoRecycle Victoria in consultation with the company using the slogan & logo,

    use the project information, data or reports commercially;

• Allow EcoRecycle Victoria the right to visit any project using the slogan and logo on a
    minimum of twenty-four hours notice;

• Ensure that any variation to this contract is agreed between both parties (the company using
    the slogan and logo & EcoRecycle);

• Understand that if in EcoRecycle’s opinion the company commits a breach of this
    agreement, then EcoRecycle may by written notice suspend all of EcoRecycle’s obligations
    under this agreement. If the issue is remedied to EcoRecycle’s full satisfaction, than
    EcoRecycle can agree to resume its arrangements at that time.
