You have now chosen 6 items. We add pretzel rods and large marshmallows to make 8 dipping items. These 2 items are a favorite at every fountain. A few details: Utah Chocolate Fountains is not responsible for any decorations, tables or electricity for the fountain. The fountain requires at least 8 amps of power in order to operate correctly. The fountains run best indoors. If outdoors, they must be out of the wind or there must be a canopy to protect your wedding guests from chocolate that can move with wind or rain. Signing this agreement you accept responsibility for protecting your chocolate from the elements. Utah Chocolate Fountains is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage caused directly or indirectly from the use of the chocolate fountain. Customer will indemnify UCF against, and hold UCF harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings and costs, damages and liabilities including attorney fees, arising out of, or connected with, or resulting from the rental use of the chocolate fountains. Customer agrees to pay the full balance of the entire rental, taxes and other charges 7 days before the event. Customer shall compensate UCF for any loss it may sustain as a result of customer canceling all or part of an order within 7 days of the event. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed on all invoices not paid in full at the start of an event. To reserve a fountain for a specific date, customer agrees to pay a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to Utah Chocolate Fountains with the signed contract. Balance due in full 7 days before event. Utah Chocolate Fountains is a preferred vendor all over Utah. Listed are some preferred event locations:
