                            EXHIBITION AND SUPPER EVENT
on Friday, 11th September 6 to 7 pm

The children have been working for weeks, expressing their creativity.
Please invite grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends to come experience
the students’ masterpieces, buy this unique art, and enjoy supper.

You can either purchase your child’s individual pieces for $5 or their
“collection” for $20. Those families who have more than one child can
purchase your family’s entire collection for $35. We will ask you to either

Nominate AND purchase your choice of exhibits on the night OR
Nominate your choices on the night and pay by Friday, 18th
September. Payments can be either cash or cheque, made
payable to Mt. Petrie State School.
Once pieces have been purchased, they will then be sent home with your
child/children the week beginning 14th September, 2009.

Prior to the event, the students will be busy preparing and cooking the
supper to be sold. This will include mini quiches, mini pizzas, cheese twist,
sausage rolls, cakes and biscuits, tea and coffee. This task will also
involve the maths: costs, times and quantities. Our student teachers will
be assisting with this supper event.

We look forward to welcoming you all. Please complete the return slip
below by Wednesday, 9th September to assist us with catering quantities.
