									A key player in
Border's growth
IT is satisfying thai Border-based transport
and Icgistics company Border Express is
the first local company to invest in
Wodonga council's
freight distribution hub
Logic Park.
Border Express has
teen part of Albury-
Wodonga's growth over
the past 40 years.
The company has
teen a key player in
developirg Albury
Wodonga into a national
transport hub — one of the factors that
spawned the concept of Lcgic Park and ulti¬
mately its establishment.
The Luff family-owned company has been
one of Albury-Wcdonga's quiet achievers.
Its more recent history has been one of
sustained national growth to the extent the
company now employs more than 500
across Australia and operates 300 trailers.
The decision to invest in Lcgic Park is
another example of a Border company
expanding to maximise its opportunities —
locally and nationally.
For Wodcnga council, Border Express is
another important piece of the economic
jigsaw that will underpin our region for
years to come.
