Ms. Akin was previously employed as the lead estate planner and trust officer for a nationally known banking and trust company, and served as Attorney Advisor to a Special Trial Judge of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.

This seminar is intended to provide a concise update on estate planning, trust, and probate law, and it may help in preparation for the OSBA specialist certification exam in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.
