Rental contract ______________________
This is a contract of renting only and not for sale. The undersigned renter agrees that they have rented the item(s) herein described upon the express condition that the rented equipment will at all times remain the property of Zeff Photo Supply, that they have examined the rental equipment, found it in good condition and will return it in as good a condition as when they have received it. That they will return at once to Zeff Photo Supply any item(s) not functioning normally: that they will pay promptly when due all charges which accrue from this rental, including any damages to said item(s) and that they authorize charges for same to the renters open account or credit card number on file with Zeff Photo Supply. In the event the renter fails to return said item(s) at the agreed time, or fails to abide by any of the other terms of this contract, Zeff Photo Supply may repossess said rental equipment without notice to the renter, and Zeff Photo Supply is hereby released from all claims arising there from. All charges are based on the time rental item(s) are in the renters possession whether in use or not. Zeff Photo Supply is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of equipment rented. The renter also understands and agrees to the standard rental terms and policies of Zeff Photo Supply. (Available with rental or on request.)
