							Customs Clearance of Equipment for Overseas Journalists Covering the BFA AC

Overseas journalists who bring Equipment into china to cover BFA annual conference
2010, please take note of the following procedures:
1. Please email your flight and personal information (including name and passport
    number) email to:jinxiangyi@boaoforum.org by April 2, we will inform the related
    organization for the issuance of Letter of Guarantee.
2. Please fill in the Declaration Form (Declaration Form of the Customs of the People’s Republic of
    China for Imported/Exported Diplomatic Items for Official/Personal Use) on your flight to
    Boao, and present it to the Customs for Customs clearance.
3. Make sure of customs clearance of all equipments before taking the flight back
    home.
