PERSONAL-BUDGET-FINANCE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS Meeting Minutes OCTOBER 28, 2002
B.P.W.Chair Namtzu called the closed meeting to order at 8:14 PM, Council Room, Municipal Center, Phillips. Committee members present: Mr. Kempkes, Mr. Namtzu, Mr. Lasee and Mr. Fahl. Committee members absent: None. Others present: D.P.W. Staroba and DCCT Barbara D. Revak. Evaluation of city employee Todd Toelle was positive. Todd Toelle was invited into the closed session at 8:16 PM John lverson was invited into the closed session at 8:16 PM Todd was commended on the fine job he is doing and was told he was off probation. Todd belle left the meeting at 8:20 PM Discussion on the selling price of the old city hall. Building was appraised at $35,000 and the land was appraised at $20,000 per lot. There is approximately a lot and a half. If the city adds in the cost of the new survey, asbestos removal and tank removal the city should ask $80,000. Committee members prepared to reconvene into open session at 8:30 PM.
