Position Summary Description: To assist the Director Global Colleague
Communications in developing and posting materials of interest to Bentley
global colleagues across a broad range of topics using the resources of „Inside
Bentley‟, a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server portal.

Qualifications: The position requires a positive, confident, outgoing and
energetic person familiar with classic principals of marketing and an
eagerness to apply them in order to develop communications that create a
strong desire to be an informed, enthusiastic, contributing member of the
global Bentley team in an increasingly geographically distributed enterprise.

Skills   required include:
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007
        Excellence in written and oral communication
        Familiarization with internet functionality
        Excellent organizational skills
        A willingness to learn posting techniques for Microsoft Office SharePoint
         Server 2007

Currently identified projects for December 2008-April 2009 include:
   Applying proven marketing techniques to continue the evolution of the
      Connected Colleague webpage as a highly attractive and „sticky‟ focal
      point for „Inside Bentley‟ by all global Bentley Colleagues.
   Assisting in planning, producing and posting videos
      for Colleague Updates
      to familiarize colleagues with acquired businesses
      to familiarize colleagues with specific internal business sectors
   Maintaining a flow of fresh interesting new material on „Inside Bentley‟
      “Big Wins” by Quota Carriers (Sales Teams) on Inside Bentley
      Colleague recognition by academia, professional and trade
        associations
      Bentley user stories
      Vice Presidential promotions
      Organizational dynamics
   Assisting in the design and development of
      New Colleague „On-boarding‟ introduction programs
      Recruiting and retention materials
   Contributing to development and distribution of additional internal
      marketing related materials and activities that communicate the value,
      benefit and exciting corporate culture of Bentley Systems to the internal
      Bentley Colleague audience of 2800 global colleagues in 30 countries.
