One solution that is not very pratical is to produce two seperate charts and then set the transparancy to 100% which makes the backgrounds invisiable. You can then superimpose the two charts. It works but if the allignment is not perfect you can misread information from the chart(s). You wind up spending a lot of time re−sizeing the top chart to match the bottom one.
