The Army MWR Academy, Falls Church, VA administers the Navy NAF Basic Contracting Correspondence course, and students wishing to take this course must now enroll through the Army’s online website at www.mwraonline.com. All other Army contracting courses, such as their two-week NAF Advanced Contracting Course, will also be applied for via this online website. This online registration system was developed so the Army can track student transcripts, and students can ensure they receive credit for course completion. For first time users, the website may be a little cumbersome and confusing to navigate through, so below are step-by-step procedures which have been developed to assist you through the navigation process. Should you have difficulties or questions, please contact NAVPERSCOM Pers-656C2 at DSN 882-6684, Comm. (901) 874-6684 or the Army MWR Academy at DSN 235-5088, Comm. (703) 275-5088. 1. Supervisor's Registration (Profile Setup): a. First, the students supervisor should go into the website at www.mwraonline.com and register his/her name. The supervisor is merely registering for student application approval purposes, not as a student enrolling in a course. Once a supervisor registers in the system, they shouldn't have to register again. b. Click on "Enter MWR Campus". c. Click on "New User". d. Select "Organization" by clicking the down arrow, select "USNavy MWR", then click the "select" button. e. The supervisor will then fill in the requested information, and click the "submit" button when complete. f. An email will be sent to the supervisor instructing them to go through one last verification process (it will be self-explanatory in the email). The email will also give the supervisor his/her Username and Password that will be used to gain access into the on-line system at any future point in time. This will complete the registration process (profile set-up) in the system. 2. Students Registration (Profile Set-up): a. Second, the student must go into the website at www.mwraonline.com b. Click on Enter "MWR Campus". c. Click on "New User". d. Select Organization by clicking the down arrow, select "USNavy MWR", then click the "select" button. e. Student will then fill in the requested information, and click the "submit" button when complete. f. An email will be sent to the student instructing them to go through one last verification process (it will be self-explanatory in the email). The email will also give the student his/her Username and Password that will be used to gain access into the on-line system at any future point in time. This should complete the registration (profile set-up) process in the system. 3. Student Course Enrollment: a. Go into the website at www.mwraonline.com b. Click on "MWRA Campus". c. Enter your Logon ID and Password, then click "submit" button. d You will then see the virtual campus screen, click on "Learning Center". e. Click on "Course Information and Enrollment". f. Under "Topic" click the down arrow and select "Acquisition/Contracting", then click on the "Search" button. This will bring up a split screen which lists all contracting courses offered. g. Click on (i)icon to the left of the Basic NAF Contracting course. Don't worry that it says this course is classroom style - this is an error. h. This will bring up to the right of the split screen a course syllabus (again don't be concerned with the fact that it says its classroom style). Scroll down until you see the headings "Your Status", "Your Options", etc. Under "Your Options” heading, click on the "Enroll" button. i. The next screen you get will ask you to verify that your supervisor's name shown is correct. If there is no supervisor name shown, that means your supervisor did not register (set up his/her profile) and should do so by following the steps outlined in A above. If your supervisor's name is shown and accurate, click on the "Continue" button. j. The next screen will deal with whether you need travel funding. No travel funding is authorized, so follow the appropriate prompts. k. The next screen will ask you to reconfirm your enrollment by asking “Are you sure you wish to enroll?”- click "OK". l. The enrollment process is complete and an email will be send to you thanking you for enrolling in the course. Within 24 hours Jennifer Sherman, MWR Academy, will also send you an email thanking you for enrollment.
