                                 Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry
   into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Subject to paragraph 5, entry is open to all permanent Australian residents.
   Employees, Directors and their immediate families of Toyota Motor Corporation
   Australia Limited ('Toyota') and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated
   with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences on 1st July 2007 at 00:01 (AEST) and closes on 30th
   September 2007 at 23:59 (AEST) ('Promotional Period').

4. To enter the promotion, participants must during the Promotional Period, register (or
   have previously registered) to receive the Toyota TRADE SECRETS magazine by either:

   •   Faxing a registration form to 1800 556 151; OR

   •   Mailing a registration form to TOTOYA TRADE GRADE Reply paid 910 North Sydney
       NSW 2059; OR -

   •   Calling 1800 283 683 to register; OR

   •   Completing a ‘Dealer Nomination Form’ distributed by Toyota Dealers who visit
       Trade customers; OR

   •   Emailing: trade@toyotaenquiries.com.au their name and registration details.

5. Only Australian registered automotive businesses are eligible to register for the Trade
   Secrets magazine.

6. Existing Registered Trade Grade members receive automatic entry into the
   competition.

7. Each individual valid registration to receive TRADE SECRETS will entitle the ABN holder
   of the business registrant to an entry in the major prize draw. ABN holders can only
   register to receive the magazine once, and will therefore only be entitled to one
   entry into the major prize draw. Each entrant may be required to retain and present
   proof of their registration, in order to claim a prize.

8. The major prize draw will take place at 16:00 (AEST) on 5th October 2007 at Legion
   Interactive, Level 8, 155 George St, Sydney NSW 2000. All winners will be notified by
   telephone, mail (by the 12th October 2007) and their details will be published in the
   Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on the 12th October 2007.

9. Major prize: The first valid entry drawn will win a ‘Weekend Rally Trip’ for two (2)
   people on the 9th and 10th November 2007 that includes:

   •   Return economy airfares for 2 people to Melbourne from the winner’s nearest
       capital city (maximum value $3160 from Darwin)
   •   Transfers to the Rally venue
   •   Accommodation - $572 ($286 / night - 9&10 November Sebel Heritage Yarra
       Valley)
   •   Meals $500
   •   Rally Weekend - $2600 ($1300 per person)

10. The prize package must be taken on the 9th and 10th November 2007. The prize
    package must be claimed by 16.00 (AEST) on 15th October 2007 (for all states except
    SA and NSW) and if the major prize remains unallocated or unclaimed at that time, a
    further draw will be conducted at 17.00 (AEST) on 15th October 2007 at the same
    place as the original draw (subject to any written directions given under all State
    Regulations). In the event of a re-drawn winner, their details will be published in the
    public notices section of The Australian newspaper on 18th October 2007. The initial
    winner will have forfeited their prize and will have no claim. Prizes cannot be
    redeemed for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
    entered into.

11. If the initial winner is from SA or NSW and the Promoter is unable to contact them by
    16.00 (AEST) on 15th October 2007, the original prize will be forfeited. The winner will
    then have until 5 January 2008 to claim a similar prize or cash in lieu of the major prize
    (as per the major prize except for the date and event specific components of the
    prize). If the winner does not claim the prize by 5 January 2008, an unclaimed prize
    draw will take place on 7th January 2008 at the same time and place as the original
    draw subject to Reg 37 of the Lotteries and Gaming Act 1993 (SA) at which time the
    Promoter will offer a similar prize or cash in lieu of the major prize (as per the major
    prize except for the date and event specific components of the prize). In the event
    of a winner, their details will be published in the public notices section of The
    Australian on 29th January 2008.

12. The total maximum prize pool is valued at up to AUD $6832 (including GST). The
    Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value and for any tax
    implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should
    be sought.

13. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
    substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.

14. The Winner must be over 18 years of age, be the registered holder of the business
    registered to receive Toyota's Trade Secrets and have a current driver’s license that is
    valid within Australia. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be
    awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

15. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of
    the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be
    forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the
    Prize.

16. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
    Additional spending money, meals, insurance, taxes, travel to and from departure
    point, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Flights are
    subject to availability in economy class. Frequent flyer points (and other such bonus
   points through loyalty schemes) will not be accrued. Bookings cannot be amended
   once made.

17. Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid
    prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of
    entry, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.

18. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of
    transmission. Incomplete, inaudible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed
    invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter
    accepts no responsibility for any entries not received by the Promoter or due to
    technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

19. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The
    Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize, or
    element of a prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
    substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that prize, or element of it,
    subject to the approval of any relevant authority. Prize values are GST inclusive and
    are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the
    supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
    any variation in prize value.

20. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not
    be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss),
    damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation
    to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to this competition or the
    awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by
    law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).

21. The prize winner and any other individual participants will be required to sign an
    acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability for each experience and the
    individual participants will be required to acknowledge that some prize experiences
    are inherently dangerous, and if they choose to participate they will do so at their
    own risk. In particular, a reasonable level of health and fitness may be required. The
    Promoter reserves the right to preclude participation of anyone refusing to sign the
    acknowledgement / waiver or any person who is suffering from asthma, epilepsy,
    significant back or neck problems, physical or mental disabilities, or is pregnant or not
    able to participate in any of the experiences for their own or anyone’s safety. The
    Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or
    consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained
    (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) relating to
    this competition or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which
    cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount
    allowable by law).

22. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this
    promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes
    have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in
    delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.

23. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
    telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, computer equipment,
   software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site,
   or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any
   other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading
   any materials in this competition. If the competition is not capable of being
   conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including due to
   any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to
   amend, suspend or cancel the competition subject to approval from any relevant
   authority.

24. The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity
    and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will
    own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material
    incorporating the photograph/s.

25. Awarding of the prize is subject to the winner participating in promotional events
    associated with the awarding of the prize, as reasonably requested by Toyota.

26. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers
    with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or the competition.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
    winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.

28. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
    the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or
    engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the
    fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover
    damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

29. The Promoter may use any personal information entrants provide in connection with
    this competition for the purpose of running the competition, and also in
    advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material
    associated with the competition. The Promoter may disclose the information for
    those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors, and to Toyota
    dealers. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to
    enter the competition. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles
    contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can
    be viewed at www.toyota.com.au. To request access to, or to update, personal
    information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact the office of the
    Promoter (an administrative fee may be imposed to access personal information).

30. The promoter is Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited, 155 Bertie Street, Port
    Melbourne, Victoria 3027, ABN64 009 686 097.
