8. Accuracy of Information
8.1 The Applicant must notify Quincerto Group (AUS) Pty Ltd (“Quincerto”) of any change in circumstances that may affect the accuracy of the
information provided by the Applicant to Quincerto.
9. Guarantee
9.1 In consideration of Quincerto entering into an agreement with the Applicant to supply Services in accordance with this
application at the request of the below signatories (as they severally admit) each of the signatories jointly and severally guarantee to
Quincerto the due, punctual and complete observance and performance of each and every one of the applicant’s agreements and
obligations hereunder including payment of all monies due.
10. Privacy Disclosure Authority
10.1 The Applicant agrees that Quincerto may obtain, retain, store and use information about the Applicant from the Applicant or any other person
(including any credit or debt collection agencies) in the course of Quincerto’s business, including credit assessment, debt collecting (and direct
marketing activities), and the Applicant consents to any person providing Quincerto with such information.
10.2 The Applicant agrees that Quincerto may retain, store and use this information it has about the Applicant relating to the Applicant’s credit
worthiness and give that information to any other person, including any credit or debt collection agency for credit assessment and debt collection
purposes.

14 Domain Names
