During the Interview
Relax and answer each question concisely Respond promptly Use good manners Be positive Listen and adapt Learn the name of your interviewer and greet him/her with a firm handshake
Use proper English-avoid slang Be cooperative and enthusiastic Use body language to show interest Ask questions about the position and organization Thank the interviewer when you leave

The Importance of Qualifications
Notice that I didn’t mention anything about your : Coursework GPA Work Experience These are things that got you the interview in the first place but it is the “soft factors” that will take you to the next level.
Selling a Product
The product that you are selling is “YOU”! Give the employer a reason to buy! Tell them what you can do for them! Emphasize what you can bring to the company, department or position! Convince them that your product is better than the competitors!
