LINGUA 1 PROJECT PROPOSAL – PARTNER SEARCH FORM

Title
EQUAL CHANCES TO EUROPEAN INTEGRATION THROUGH THE EUROPEAN
LANGUAGE PORTFOLIO

Summary of the proposal
This project is intended to contribute to the promotion of high quality language learning among
adults belonging to various social, professional and ethnic groups, through the use of the
European Language Portfolio as a quality instrument. It also seeks to enhance opportunities for
social integration and professional development through language learning, including less
widely used and taught languages. To achieve this, it addresses both decision makers and the
wider public throughout Europe, building on co-operation with the media and a variety of
partners.
