This Letter of Intent to Purchase is contingent upon the Purchasers viewing and approving the property within ten business days of Seller’s acceptance. If the Purchaser does not accept the condition of the property, this Letter of Intent to Purchase shall be considered null and void. Seller(s) agree to hold a 2nd mortgage in the amount of 35% of purchase price, which shall be equal to the amount of funds that are to be forwarded to the Purchaser at closing. The terms of the mortgage shall be as follows: Three percent (3%) interest No payments due 5 year balloon, in which time entire balance shall be paid in full
