Letter of Intent/Reservation
The purpose of this Letter of Intent is to set forth a non-binding understanding and commitment between Hunter’s Dream Equestrian Center and ______________________ (“Client”). __________________________ (“Client”) wishes to reserve ______ stall(s) in which to board “Client’s” horse(s) ______________________________ at Hunter’s Dream Equestrian Center, which will be located at 14191 State Road, Ostrander, Ohio 43061, upon completion of the facility in 2008. The monthly boarding fee will be $550 per month*. If the “Client” finds the terms of this Letter of Intent agreeable then they should sign a copy and return it to Christine Hughes, Hunter’s Dream Equestrian Center, 8168 Lombard Way, Dublin, Ohio 43016.
