ergy is the primary goal of Kripalu
 yoga. Those who practice it believ
e that the body contains energy pul

rana, which is sometimes referred t
o as life force. The idea is that t
he smallest thought or worry can ca
use problems with the prana in your
 physical body. That is why Kripalu
 is important; it is a way of being
 aware of the prana and using breat
hing with thought to prevent blocka
ge or disturbance of the life force

rity and emotional control.

 yoga is about looking at yourself
in order to free you. Kripallu yoga
