Vivaldi Italian Bar & Restaurant specialises in hosting memorable celebrations with style and attention to detail. Every
event incorporates several elements, so we have produced a range of options to suit your every need. You can relax on
the day or evening knowing our friendly and professional service staff will look after your guests, family or friends as they
enjoy spectacular food and wine.




Corporate

Our dining room can be tailored to team building themed events that reflect your corporate vision. We can offer standing
cocktail parties, boardroom style lunches, or formal two or three course dinners. We can assist with accommodating the
facilities you need, allowing you to focus entirely on the business at hand.




Venue

Vivaldi Italian Bar & Restaurant provides an intimate, relaxed and refined atmosphere. With crisp white linen, the
restaurant takes on a fine dining feel whilst retaining a hint of casual sophistication and charm.




Cuisine

Our menus are modern although authentically inspired and uniquely presented. Our market fresh and seasonal menu
offerings have been created by our Head Chef to delight and exceed guests’ expectations. Our team can tailor wine
offerings to complement your menu selections and create a spectacular fusion of flavours. We can also offer
recommendations to customise the menu options to suit your dietary requirements.

Tender fried calamari rings served on a bed of rocket, dressed with olive oil, oregano and lemon.

Fanned avocado on top char grilled chicken tenders and served with a creamy dressing.

Almond encrusted lamb cutlets served on pilaf rice.

Casarecce tossed through a Napoli sauce with pancetta, onion, fresh chilli and topped with pecorino romano.

Chicken breast filled with fresh basil and semi dried tomato mascarpone with a light mushroom jus.

Porterhouse steak topped with kipfler potatoes and parsley & horseradish butter.

Roasted pork belly with cannellini beans and topped with apple salad.

Agnollotti filled with buffalo ricotta and spinach served with a sage butter sauce.

EXTRAS



Canapés

From an extra $7.50 per person (3 pieces per person) you may choose to serve canapés to your guests upon arrival.
The selection will be determined by our Head Chef after your menu selection has been made.



Starters

From an extra $2.50 per person, you may choose to serve warm crusty bread with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic
reduction to start.



Cheese Platters

From an extra $7.50 per person, you may choose to have cheese platters on the table for guests to share as an extra
course. The cheese platters will consist of local and imported cheese served with dried fruit and nut compote and home-
made date bread.



Petits Fours Plate

From an extra $7.50 per person you may choose to serve a selection of home made sweet treats (4) to your guests after
dessert.



Celebration Cakes

Vivaldi’s guests can bring a BYO celebration cake as a course. This will incur a minimum “cakeage” charge of $4.00
per person to be individually plated. If you do not require the pieces to be individually plated, there is no extra charge.
Extra charges also apply for ice-cream ($2.00 per person) or berries ($3.00 per person) served with the celebration cake.



Dessert Wines

From an extra $5.00 per person, you may choose to serve a dessert wine by the glass to accompany your choice of
dessert. Vivaldi’s choice is Moscato D’Asti Castello Del Poggio 2005, a premium moscato imported from Piemonte, Italy.

Vivaldi Italian Bar & Restaurant offers reasonably priced beverage packages for guests to choose from with a range of
great local and imported wines and beers to match menu selections. Your beverage choice will need to be finalised 10
days prior to the event so ordering can be done.

Alternatively, you can select a small selection of wines and beers directly from our wine list and be charged on a
consumption basis.


Aperitifs, spirits, liqueurs, digestives and fortified wines for group bookings with drinks packages are $5.00 at the bar.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Vivaldi Italian Bar & Restaurant happily accommodates group bookings from 30 to 60 with set choice menus, cocktail
menus and very reasonable beverage packages. We ask you to read the following terms and conditions and confirm
your understanding by completing your acceptance on the following page with your credit card details to submit your
deposit.


All event bookings require a $10.00 deposit per person (minimum $300.00) to secure a booking and 25% payment made
4 weeks prior to the event to confirm. Unless 25% payment is made 4 weeks prior, the booking will not be considered
confirmed.


The balance (plus any incidentals) are payable on the day of the function or prior. We reserve the right to process final
payment with credit cards used for deposits where balances have not been finalised on or prior to the event.


Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the booking.


Any variations to your menu selections must be finalised one week prior to your event.


Final numbers are to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event and will be the minimum number charged for on the day or
evening.


Drinks packages are priced based on reasonable consumption and we reserve the right to deny any intoxicated guests
from further alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA laws.


Vivaldi is licenced to 11.30pm and premises must be vacated by midnight. Due to penalty rates, a surcharge of $50.00
per 15 minutes must be charged for events that do not vacate by midnight.


In order to cover labour penalty rates, the minimum spend on Saturday nights is $2600 on the food component only and
the minimum spend on Sundays is $3100 on the food component only.


All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
