STEP 1:
Login with your username and password at www.damsystem.com.

STEP 2:
First time users click request a login in left navigation and fill out required fields. Enter the passcode dam-com to receive automatic access.

STEP 3:
Using the quick search in the left navigation, type stock for the search term.

STEP 4:
The search result displays thumbnail images of items matching the search term. Select the magnifying glass to view asset details or the shopping cart to add the item to the cart for ordering.

STEP 5:
Upon selecting the magnifying glass, the asset detail page displays a larger preview along with the metadata or descriptive information associated to an asset.

STEP 6:
Select add to cart which displays a small thumbnail of the image in the shopping cart at the bottom of the page. Continue searching for assets and select proceed to checkout located in the shopping cart when completed.

STEP 7:
Follow the steps in the first stage of the checkout process by selecting file type, delivery method, and recipient information. Select continue after the information is completed.

STEP 8:
Read over the order confirmation and double check for proper format, delivery method, and recipient information. Select confirm for the order to process.

STEP 9:
Once confirmed, the user that placed the order will receive an order receipt while the recipient receives an automatic email with a pickup link. The user placing the order can also view the pickup page by selecting the download function at the top of the page.

STEP 10:
The order pickup page provides a thumbnail of the ordered assets and the ability to download each independently or as one compressed archive.
