Unit Leader - Full Time ($8.50 - 9.00 per hour; min. age 18) Responsible for the implementation and coordination of quality day camp programs. Before/After Care Coordinator- PT ($8.50 - 9.00 per hour, min. age 18) Responsible for the supervision of campers before and/or after regular camp hours (6:30-9:30 am and/or 2:30- 6:30 pm). Waterfront Supervisor - Full Time ($10.00 - 11.50 per hour, min. age 21) Responsible for the organization and administration of the aquatics and boating program and oversees waterfront operations Assistant Camp Director - Full Time ($10.50 - 11.50 per hour, min. age 21) Responsible for the development and administration of camp programs.Assist the Camp Director with Management of camp.

Life Guard/Boating Specialist - FT ($9.00 - 10.00 per hour; min age 18) Responsible for the implementation of the aquatics and boating program, and waterfront operations. Join the Girl Scout Council of Greater Long Beach in offering girls 5-17 a fun, safe, learning experience at one of our two summer day camps. We are seeking motivated people who want to share the joys of camp and will help in providing a quality summer experience for girls. Working at GSCGLB Day Camps offers great opportunities for fun and friendship. Our staff members are typically between 18-35 years of age, with most being college students. We offer competitive wages, hands-on experience with children, increased leadership skills, and the opportunity to positively impact girls’ lives.

Marine Landing Day Camp
5865 Appian Way Long Beach, CA Marine Landing is our private waterfront property located on Alamitos Bay. At this one of a kind facility, girls have the opportunity to develop boating skills, participate in marine activities, swim in the bay, and play on the beach.

El Ranchito Day Camp
4040 Bellflower Blvd., Long Beach, CA El Ranchito is a park-like facility located behind the Girl Scout Council of Greater Long Beach. Each week campers will explore a different theme, and enjoy traditional camp activities: games, songs, crafts, nature, drama and Girl Scout badge work.
Hours are approximately 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required for staff meetings, overnights, family nights and before/after care. **Additional opportunities for those available before the start of summer camp, May 1- June 6.
