Goulston & Storrs Expands Private Equity and Venture Capital Group
Boston, Mass., July 12th, 2004 --- Goulston & Storrs today announced that Gustavo Resendiz has joined the firm's private equity and venture capital group. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Mr. Resendiz was an attorney in the Business Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where he represented venture capital and private equity firms as well as venturebacked operating companies in the emerging and high technology industries. He has also represented public and private companies in emerging and high technology industries in a wide variety of public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing and joint ventures, as well as counseling them on business, corporate governance and securities law compliance issues. Mr. Resendiz holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School.
