That is, listen to the broadcasted warnings and use these as a trigger to action your plan in the event of a disaster occurring. Refer to the Disaster Action Plan for the main actions for each trigger. Also, note how long it will take to complete these actions plus the resources needed e.g. staff, equipment and vehicles.
