BINGO HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT Hall ID No.___________________ THIS AGREEMENT dated the _____ day of _______________, 20____, between ___________________________, as (landlord’s name) Lessor, and _________________________________, as Lessee, whose address is ________________________________, (name of organization) Bingo License Number __________________. 1. SPACE, TERMS AND PURPOSE: In consideration of the rents and convenants herein specified, Lessor hereby rents to Lessee the facilities located at ___________________________________________, which is approximately (street address, city) _______________ in size and is commonly known as ________________________________________. The hall rental is (name of hall) based upon the terms and conditions hereinafter mentioned, for use by Lessee on ________________ between the hours of (day of week) _______ (a.m./p.m.) and ________ (a.m./p.m.), commencing ________________ and ending _______________. (Preferably March through February, the license year for bingo.) Lessee and players shall use the facilities only for the purpose of conducting bingo games. The Lessee must submit proof of a valid bingo license. 2. RENT: Lessee hereby rents and hires the premises for the day and time mentioned above, and agrees to pay Lessor the sum of $_________ for each bingo occasion. Lessee agrees not to use or permit the premises to be used for unlawful purposes or in any unlawful manner. 11. LIABILITY INSURANCE: (Optional) Lessor or Lessee shall carry and maintain comprehensive public liability insurance, including property damage, insuring Lessor and Lessee against liability for injury to persons or property occurring in or about the leased premises or arising out of the tenancy, maintenance, use, or occupancy thereof.
