Marketing: definition and analysis of commonly used strategies.
Packaging: identification of types and analysis (include environmental issues)
Cookery techniques-shallow frying, deep frying, oven baking, blending/ puree.
Design Challenge-outlined, modelled and guided practice.

                                      - car designs that facilitates food
                                        consumption.
                                      3. Compare and contrast a variety of
                                          marketing and packaging ideas used
                                          by fast foods vendors.
                                      4. Develop a range of appropriate
                                          cookery skills/ techniques by making
                                          products such as hamburgers,
                                          breakfast muffins, wedges, stuffed
                                          potatoes, milkshakes and juices.
