Team Operating Agreement
Mission Statement Our mission is to fully analyze the history and current uses of blogging and how it will affect the future of higher education. Blogging is a form of communication that can be used by large corporations, education systems, and also by individuals. We must use credible sources to research the creation of the blogging idea and how it evolved. Also we will need to compare the somewhat more successful blogs to those that are not in order to see what will and will not work in this form of communication. With blogging quickly becoming a widely known form of communication it will begin to become more accepted within the business world and have an affect on how we will communicate within the workplace or with customers in the future. Knowing this, it is important to fully understand this communication tool and how to use it effectively. Purpose of the Team Operating Agreement (TOA) To outline the project requirements and discuss the decision making process. The Team Operating Agreement will help delegate the necessary jobs that are needed to complete this assignment.
Preparation and Quality Alliance Blogging LLC defines quality as a high grade of work that is superior. A quality submission is one that cannot be revised any further and is completed to its fullest potential. Our team will look at each task and what is expected and necessary. All work submitted will need to reflect and contain all expectations of that assignment. All assignments have due dates that are to be turned in to the group in advance and are spelled out on our group calendar. Our team will not look at works in progress unless the group member request otherwise. All submission will be reviewed and revised as needed before its final submission.

PROJECT COMMUNICATION PLAN
Team Communications Our main forum of communication will be through the Kennesaw vista website. All team members are expected to communicate regularly. Meetings will be held weekly every Tuesday at 12:30 in the Burruss Building. All communication will be open and courteous. We will make sure all members are given time to express their individual ideas, comments and concerns. Team members will work together to keep all member informed with the progress and status of the project weekly. Decision Making All decision making will be done through consensus, if there are problems coming to a decision then a democratic process will be used and the team will vote. All members must add input to any decisions that must be made.
The majority of the decision making will be done at the team meetings on Tuesdays; all members must be present in order to come to a conclusion and/or vote. Meetings Project members will report their status at each team meeting. the Burruss building. All problems will be discussed at the meetings. Deadlines and status updates will be discussed and proposed each week. All meetings are mandatory. Each member is responsible for the material covered in the weekly meetings. Project team members will meet Tuesdays from 12:30 pm- 2:00 pm in

Notification is mandatory within twenty-four hours for any absence to a weekly meeting The project manager is responsible for keeping the other group members current and updated via the Kennesaw vista website. Alliance Blogging LLC will use a two strike policy for any non-performance in the group. Strikes include: missing deadlines and team meeting without proper notification. If a team member fails to meet their obligation to the team or receives two strikes, it’s the project manager’s responsibility to delegate the deficient work. If in the case that the project manager receives two strikes, the team will meet and complete any unassigned work. We will use a positive/negative reinforcement plan to reward excellent performance and penalize insufficient performance. We have a point system that will determine the points given for the peer review at the end of the project. Each member can be given a total of 10 points; points can be taken away or added depending on their performance throughout the project.
Deliverable Assignments Vanessa will be writing and presenting the introduction and the history of blogging. Charles will be writing and presenting about blogging technology. Chad will be writing about the most common uses and current issues of blogging. Kyle will be writing and presenting about the businesses uses of blogging.
