Part of the North America team responsible for implementing PeopleSoft HRMS Release 7.51. Responsibilities included designing online and batch modifications, writing technical specifications for both on-line and batch system modifications, and providing advice and counsel to Functional and Technical personnel. Other responsibilities included creating interfaces to other mainframe and client/server systems, maintaining data integrity of converted setup tables, and writing online and batch reports. HP UNIX and NT Server environment. Oracle 8.x. HR Technical Lead of a PeopleSoft Public Sector 7.0 implementation. The project entailed extensive customization to synchronize the business practices of 78 independent state agencies.
