Employment letter
Your employment with us will commence with an employment letter sent to you offering you a position (employment letter). The employment letter will explain how to accept the offer. The employment letter will refer to: (a) (b) various matters specific to you and the offer of employment made to you; These terms and conditions (terms and conditions), a copy of which will also accompany the employment letter.

The offer of employment will include everything set out in the employment letter and these terms and conditions. If you accept an offer of employment with us, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the offer set out in those documents. Between them those documents will record the terms and conditions of your contract of employment. We may use the terms of your employment letter to vary some of the matters referred to in these terms and conditions. In the case of any conflicts between them, the terms of your employment as set out in your employment letter (or in any later variation of your terms of employment) will prevail over these terms and conditions.

Basis of employment
Your employment may be full time, fixed term, fixed task, permanent part-time or casual. The basis for your employment will be notified to you by your employment letter, or, if the basis of your employment changes after you commence employment, by written notice from us.

Employer
The name of the person or entity who will legally employ you immediately upon your commencement of employment will be set out in your employment letter. That person or entity may change from time to time, depending upon our operational requirements. We will notify you in writing of any change. You agree that we may, for the purposes of our operational requirements from time to time, transfer your employment and our obligations to you under your contract of employment to another person or entity. Where such a transfer occurs, provided you are not materially disadvantaged as a result of the transfer, you will not be entitled to any notice, payment in lieu of notice or to a severance payment.

Position
Your position upon commencement of employment will be described in your employment letter (position). If your position changes during your employment, we will notify you of the changes. Your initial duties and obligations in your position are set out in your employment letter. Your duties and obligations during your employment may change from time to time, depending upon our operational requirements. We will notify you of any changes.
